The two parties will have to share the ticket-selling and promotional responsibilities.

Once the event is complete, the total Ride Ticket Sales are distributed on an 80/20 basis, i.e. the amusement operator gets 80% of the total ticket sales, and the event organizer gets 20% of it. The ride operator shall accept all the risks regarding attendance and weather. The commission format has become the preferred option for many schools and community groups because of the limited risk involved.
